If you order the wrong size, you can easily exchange your unworn shoes within our specified return period. Please refer to our Exchange & Return policy for more details. (Let the web developer know that a link to the exchange policy should placed here)
Please refer to the sizing guide on the product page for detailed information on choosing the right size for compression socks. Our compression socks come in - S, M, XL, XXL, and Wide calf. ( Inform the web developer that a size chart should be included in the product page)
Our men's and women's footwear comes in standard widths. We are looking to introduce other widths soon to cater to all our customers' needs.
Although our brand primarily makes footwear for larger sizes, We strive to cater to individuals with smaller shoe sizes as well. Our shoes are available in a range 10 to 14 in USA and 42 to 46 Europe. We need to fix this. Here is one piece of information that I don't know if I have shared with you - we will be starting with the women's line before introducing men much later. If you ask me I think we shouldn’t put numbers here since we said we would cater for other sizes upon request. I think the mention of larger sizes alone without numbers would do the magic; proving numbers will limit us.
If you're between sizes we recommend you go for the larger size- I think the best way I would approach this is to say order a size up. Additionally, you can reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] for personalized guidance.

Our shoes are manufactured with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. They have an extra but light cushion on the insole. Details about the materials used, including the type of leather, can be found on the respective product pages.

Yes, our shoes are water-resistant. ( I do not think so.This won't be right at all but we need to check with the manufacturer for that information)
Socks
Merino wool provides natural moisture-wicking and temperature-regulating properties, while bamboo offers breathability and antimicrobial benefits, I also think both have moisture wicking material and also have temperature-regulating properties. Could you please look it up and provide that information . Nylon and spandex enhance durability and ensure a comfortable, stretchy fit.
(oh no turn welt is a poor design, me and the manufacturer came up with an improved version - which is the Rib Welt. Both Turn Welt Top and Rib Welt prevent the sock from slipping down but the difference is that turn welt top ( Turn Up Welt) the cuffs dig into the skin and create marks ; however, Rib Welt doesn't and Rib Welt is more expensive)

Yes. Our socks are available in various sizes to accommodate both Regular and Firm compression levels. Please refer to our sizing guide for more information.
For general support during long periods of standing or sitting, opt for a lower level like 15-20mmHg. For severe issues like edema or DVT, higher compression levels may be necessary. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Yes, our socks are typically machine washable for convenience. However, to maintain their quality and elasticity, we recommend washing them on a gentle cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners as they can damage the compression fibers. Air drying is preferable, but if you choose to tumble dry, use a low heat setting.

After pay

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

I think we should remove this because shipping is controlled by the shipping package that the customer have chosen and the courier company” Our orders typically take 48 hours (or longer during holidays) to process before shipping “
As soon as you receive your confirmation mail and tracking number, you’ll also see the estimated delivery date. However, if you need your package in a hurry, you can upgrade your shipping method for an additional fee. Expedited shipping is available if you need your order in a hurry. (Note: orders do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays)
Yes, shipping protection can be purchased at checkout for a small fee. I honestly don't know what this is. I am thinking that the shipping company is to provide shipping protection unless I am wrong

Because of our short processing time (48 hours), you need to communicate any change as soon as possible. That said, we cannot guarantee that a change of your order will be accommodated. Order changes are subject to an additional fee.
Exchanges & Returns
Our goal is to make sure you fall in love with our shoes/ compression socks at first glance, however in the case where you order the wrong size or for any other reason you want an exchange or a return, you can do so hassle-free as long as;
- Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order. I would say 15 days but please confirm what other brands are offering. When I conducted research some say 30 days while some say 15 days

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges. However, shipping costs may apply. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for more details.
After our warehouse receives your return, you should receive a refund within 15 business days, if it takes longer please contact us.
Footwear Care
To maintain the quality and longevity of your Henry Dacosta shoes, we recommend cleaning them regularly with a soft cloth and appropriate cleaner for the material. Store them in a cool, dry place and avoid exposure to extreme conditions.
It’s important to use a cleaner that is appropriate for the specific material of your shoes. For example, use leather cleaner for leather shoes and fabric cleaner for fabric shoes. If you’re unsure, please contact our customer service team for guidance.
If your shoes get soaking wet, we recommend allowing them to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid exposing them to direct heat sources, since it can damage the materials. Additionally, consider using a leather conditioner to restore moisture and maintain the leather's quality.
